Message the kitchen
There is no contact form here on purpose. Bakemerize is one baker, and a form would only put a machine between your question and the person who has to answer it. A message on Instagram goes straight to her — send a photo, ask about a date, or check whether something can be made eggless.
Replies come between bakes rather than instantly, so if it is quiet in the middle of a Saturday, that is a cake in the oven.

Where we are, and where cakes go
- Pickup
- Collect from the kitchen in Yelahanka, Bangalore. There is no fee, and the exact address and time go to you on WhatsApp once the order is confirmed — it is a home, so it is not published here.
- Delivery
- Anywhere in Bangalore, for ₹150. Delivery is free on orders over ₹2,000. Outside the city, message first and we will tell you honestly whether the cake would survive the trip.
- Times
- Deliveries and pickups happen in one of these windows: 10:00–12:00, 12:00–15:00, 15:00–18:00, 18:00–20:00. You pick the window at checkout.
- Notice
- Every cake states its own notice period on its page, and the checkout will not let you pick a date the kitchen cannot bake by. The About page lists it for each part of the menu. Dates can be booked up to 90 days ahead.
What to put in the first message
None of this is required — “can you do a chocolate cake for Sunday?” is a fine way to start. It just saves a round trip.
- The date you need it, and whether you are collecting or want it delivered.
- Roughly how many people it has to feed, or the size from the menu.
- Egg or eggless.
- The flavour, or a photo of something close to what you are picturing.
- Any wording you want piped on top, spelled exactly as it should be written.
About an order you have already placed
Every order gets a number that looks like BM-260904-A1B2C3, shown on the confirmation page as soon as you place it. Send that number and the order can be found in a second.
To change a date, a size or the writing on top, message as early as you can. Once a cake is baked it cannot be unbaked, and nothing has been charged either way — payment happens when the cake reaches you.
